This is the sign outside of the post office. If you're looking at the smaller images, you probably won't be able to read the English, Korean, or Russian on the sign.

Many signs in Sakaiminato City also have English and frequently Korean and Russian. Many of the fishing ships that visit SC are from Russia, North Korea, or South Korea. (See this map for a geography refresher.)

Fishing, especially crab, has been a huge pillar of the local economy for decades. Unfortunately, fish and crab harvests have been declining. Also, new ship safety regulations (concerning oil spills) have barred almost all North Korean fishing ships from Japanese harbors. As a result, Sakaiminato City isn't quite a prosperous as it used to be.
