This is the second course of the same dinner. The lower left has some frozen salmon, very delicious and a different texture than the usual raw/smoked salmon. Also on this sashimi platter: shrimp (with heads), scallop, snapper, squid, crab, perhaps-maybe-chicken-sashimi-we-weren't-quite-sure, and a few others that I can't recall. (2/5) |
