Joe holds a new possible trend in Japan: simple mobile phones. Japanese use their mobile phones for phone calls, text messaging, taking photographs (with multi-megapixel cameras now available), playing games, finding street maps (very important for Tokyo) and train/subway schedules, buying tickets, and a zillion other things. But the older generations are very confused by all of the gadgets and small size of the usual handset. So, here's a simplified mobile phone, trying to tap that market.
