Now we're at dinner, a sushi restaurant not far outside of Tokyo's trendy Ginza district. Inoue-san has been a big fan of this place for years and highly recommended the food. We'd managed to digest a fair amount of lunch ... so it was time to eat again, I guess. Much of our food was placed directly on the cold glass on top of the storage area between us and the sushi chefs. A bed of green seaweed and white daikon radish holds several kinds of fish, including the wonderful tuna. A large pile of ginger on the right is replenished a couple of times during the meal.
