The fish head has also been split lengthwise, roasted, and covered in a bit of sauce. It's face up right now, before I flipped it over to eat it. Before y'all get too squeamish, how many of you think that walleye cheeks are the best part of the fish? Hmmmm? To the right is a bowl with a fish ball, a chewey rice (?) cake with a round, fatty chicken fried cutlet on top with a bit of sweet red pepper. The red and white bowl with cover contains rice with yummy, slightly nutty seaweed bits in it. (7/29) |
